What commonly happens to users is that they notice that the tools needed edit /customise a draw item appear straight away after the first click. They think the draw item has been registered in the editor and move to the edit panel, on the left side, to define the object. What they don’t realise is that the item has not been sufficiently defined for the system to be able to draw the shape/text once the user leaves the editor.

I’ve attached a reference image detailing how to successfully create the individual drawing items available in the under/overlay editors. Look through these instructions and have a practice creating each of the items.

‘End’ will only appear on the right-click mouse menu only when a draw item has been fully defined to a state that the system will be able to draw it on exit.
